Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced AI Product Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of next-generation Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Generative AI products. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) such as Gemini and Anthropic Claude, along with expertise in Agentic AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), prompt engineering, and enterprise AI platforms.
This role requires a strategic product leader who can collaborate with AI engineers, architects, UX designers, business stakeholders, and executive leadership to build secure, scalable, and responsible AI-powered products that deliver measurable business value.
Key Responsibilities
AI Product Strategy & Vision
- Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI and Generative AI solutions.
- Identify market opportunities, customer needs, and emerging AI trends.
- Develop business cases, product strategies, and go-to-market plans for AI-powered products.
- Establish product success metrics, KPIs, and measurable business outcomes.
- Drive innovation by identifying opportunities to leverage Generative AI across enterprise workflows.
Product Management
- Lead the complete product lifecycle from ideation through launch and continuous enhancement.
- Gather, analyze, and prioritize business and customer requirements.
- Create and maintain product roadmaps, epics, user stories, and feature backlogs.
- Define acceptance criteria and work closely with engineering teams throughout development.
- Monitor product adoption, customer feedback, and usage analytics to guide product evolution.
